Information about entrance tickets to Machupicchu

We inform our passengers and tour operators that due to the new directives related to the admission capacity of the Machupicchu Archaeological Park, as of today, in the Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train service, we can only guarantee entrance tickets to the archaeological center for passengers with tickets issued 30 days prior to the date of travel.

Likewise, we inform that due to these new directives of the Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura, we are not able to guarantee entrance tickets to Machupicchu for passengers who make last minute purchases.

We specify that, in cases of modifications and/or cancellations, once the train tickets have been issued, the entrance ticket to Machupicchu associated with the original date of travel will be lost and will be discounted from the corresponding refund.
