We inform to our passengers and tourism operators that on Wednesday, 14th, our Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train service, will operate the route to and from Machu Picchu in short section, which means, with departure and arrival at Ollantaytambo Station. Likewise, on May 15th and 16th, this train will be out of service due to operational issues.

Passengers who wish to change the date of their trip can make it at our points of sale or Call Center, according to service availability. Modifications for travel agencies will be made in our offices at Wanchaq station and El Sol Avenue or Call Center, according to availability.

Passengers on the Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train service who wish to request a refund of their tickets may do so through the refund form published on our website: https://www.perurail.com/tickets-refund/. Refunds requested by travel agencies can be made through the sales and reservations platform, Travel Studio.
