Who can access the PeruRail Benefits programme?

Only passengers who have purchased their train ticket on perurail.com or at official PeruRail sales points. It does not apply to purchases made through travel agencies, unauthorised websites or resellers.

Can I use my benefit before or after my train journey?

Yes. You can use the benefit before or after your trip, as long as it is valid within the specified period. Make sure to check the benefit’s expiration date.

Where can I find my booking code?
Your booking code can be found on the travel ticket you received after your purchase. It is a required identifier to validate your access to the benefit..​
What if I don't have my ticket or ID document?

You will not be able to use the benefit. Both documents are mandatory to verify your identity and confirm your direct purchase.

Are the benefits transferable?

No. The benefits are personal and non-transferable. They can only be used by the holder of the train ticket.

Can I combine multiple benefits or coupons?

No. Only one benefit can be used per service or establishment, according to the conditions of each partner.

Terms and conditions: To access the benefits of the PeruRail Benefits programme, passengers must have purchased their train ticket exclusively through www.perurail.com or at official PeruRail sales points. This does not apply to purchases made through travel agencies or other unauthorised channels. The discount provided by the establishment is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to the conditions set by each establishment. The establishment may request the presentation of the train ticket booking code and a valid ID at the time of purchase. The benefit must be used within the validity period indicated above. Once the date has expired, the benefit cannot be claimed. The benefit is not valid for use from 30 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 at the Machupicchu location. It is also not valid from 27 to 30 July 2025 and from 30 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 at the Urubamba location. During high-demand periods, the benefit is subject to hotel availability. Reference exchange rate: 3.75 (varies daily). Benefit valid for Tierra Viva Machupicchu and Tierra Viva Urubamba locations. The benefit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated in the official communication from the establishment. PeruRail and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the benefit without prior notice, due to force majeure or operational reasons.
