PeruRail S.A., the railway operator on the south-eastern route of the country, informs its passengers, travel agencies, tour operators and the general public that we are obliged to suspend our railway operations on the Machu Picchu – Hidroeléctrica route until further notice.

We are taking this measure in compliance with the notification from the concessionaire Ferrocarril Transandino S.A. due to a mudslide at PK 114.700 that affected the railway line.

We regret any inconvenience this measure may cause and will provide timely information on any changes.
