What do I do if my discount coupon isn’t working?

- Validate that you have correctly entered the origin and destination: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu / Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu or vice versa.
- Sometimes, it may happen that, when applying the coupon, there is no availability for one of the travel segments (departure or return) due to high demand.
