What do I do if my discount coupon isn’t working?
- Make sure you have not searched outside the promotional dates.
- Validate that you have correctly entered the origin and destination: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu / Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu or vice versa.
- Sometimes, it may happen that, when applying the coupon, there is no availability for one of the travel segments (departure or return) due to high demand. In this case, we recommend conducting an individual search by selecting the “one-way” option and omitting the coupon code entry. This way, all available services will be displayed.
- It is possible that the system has experienced delays in response and therefore does not show availability. In this case, we recommend that you perform a new search from another browser or open a browser window in incognito mode.
