PeruRail informs its passengers, travel agencies, tour operators and the community in general, that as of Thursday 1st May it will re-establish its train services from the stations of San Pedro and Poroy, in Cusco.

The reestablishment of train operations from Cusco is possible after having received notification from Ferrocarril Transandino S.A., concessionaire of the railway, authorising the passage of passenger trains through the Pomatales ravine, as of the indicated date.

In this sense, we are pleased to inform that we are once again operating our tourist train services with departure and arrival at the San Pedro and Poroy stations. Likewise, we will continue to offer the bimodal service (bus + train) between Wanchaq and Ollantaytambo stations for the services that regularly operate this itinerary.

We would also like to point out that tourist train services with regular itinerary from/to Ollantaytambo Station will continue to operate at their usual times.
