PeruRail informs that, following the landslides and rockfalls reported at Km 284.500 along the Juliaca-Cusco railway line, Ferrocarril Transandino S.A., the concessionaire of the railway infrastructure in the southern and southeastern regions of the country, has suspended rail operations between Km 284 and Km 285.
Due to this situation, our PeruRail Titicaca service will operate under a bimodal transportation system (bus + train) according to the following itinerary:

This operation will remain in place until the necessary safety conditions are in place, and the concessionaire authorizes the operation of trains along this section of the railway.
