PeruRail S.A., the railway operator on the south-eastern route of the country, informs its passengers, travel agencies, tour operators and the general public that our railway operations on the Machu Picchu – Hidroeléctrica route will resume at 5 p.m. today, Monday, 26 January.

We are taking this measure in compliance with the notification from the concessionaire Ferrocarril Transandino S.A., informing us that they have completed the restoration of the railway line, following the report of a mudslide at PK 114.700 on the aforementioned route.
