What should I do if I received an email telling me to pick up my travel ticket at a point of sale?
Our company policies, in some cases, require additional identity verification. If you have received such an email, your seat is already reserved, and your purchase has been accepted. To collect your tickets, please follow these steps.
Requirements
- The person who made the purchase must present themselves with a valid ID and the credit or debit card used for the purchase at one of our authorized points of sale.
- If the passenger is not the holder of the card used to purchase the ticket, he/she must present a photocopy of the identity document and credit card.
- Present the purchase code number assigned in the email you received. Present your valid identity document.
- It is necessary to be present up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip. Otherwise, the purchase will be cancelled in accordance with our terms and conditions.

To validate your ticket, go to one of the following authorized points of sale, complying with the requirements mentioned above. It is important to carry out this process only at these points of sale and not at the stations.
