This code does not apply to purchases made through travel agencies or other unauthorized channels. The discount code provided by the partner is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to the conditions established by each company on its own platform. The establishment or partner may require the presentation of the train ticket’s reservation code and a valid ID for purchase. The benefit must be used within the validity period indicated by the partner or on the program’s landing page. Once the date has expired, the benefit cannot be claimed. The benefit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise indicated in the partner’s official communication. PeruRail and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the benefit without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or for operational reasons. PeruRail acts as a promotional intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or specific conditions of the service provided by the partner. A maximum of one date change is allowed 7 days before the check-in date. Availability varies by room type and date; therefore, the establishment will not be responsible for any availability changes that may be made based on its needs. The discount is based on the “PAY AT THE HOTEL” rate on the website. This rate is non-refundable. A 10% service charge will be applied to the initial rate during the reservation process. Peruvian residents will be subject to paying the 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) upon check-in at the hotel, in accordance with Peruvian law.
