What conditions must the fare I found meet?
The fare must match exactly the same route, date, and departure time as the one selected on perurail.com, and it must be listed on an authorised sales channel.​
What happens after I submit my request?

Our team will review the information you’ve provided. If your request meets all the criteria, we’ll send you a discount code to use on perurail.com.​

Will the discount match the price I found elsewhere?

Not necessarily. The adjustment is offered as a discount on the current fare available on perurail.com, and while it may be close to the fare you found, it is not guaranteed to match or be lower.​

What if the fare I found is no longer available when my request is reviewed?

Fares can change at any time. We recommend submitting your request as soon as possible. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee the availability of the fare you found.​

Can PeruRail reject my request?
Yes. PeruRail reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the requirements or cannot be verified.​
Is the information I submit legally binding?
Yes. All information you provide will be treated as a sworn declaration. PeruRail may verify the authenticity of your submission before approving any request.
Terms and conditions: Price evaluation requests will be processed in order of registration. The company is not obliged to evaluate all price adjustment requests it receives and may withdraw the benefit at its discretion. The evaluation registrant may expect a response in up to 15 working days. PERURAIL reserves the right to reject a price adjustment request after evaluation if it does not contain sufficient or accurate information to evaluate the fare difference with the comparison price. The fares in effect at the time of the review request may vary over time. Making a request does not guarantee that the fare originally found will remain in effect. If the price review is favourable, an email will be sent to the address registered in the request with a discount code to make a purchase. The discount code will not necessarily equal or be lower than the comparison price found at the time of registration. The best price guarantee discount code may not be shared, distributed, or reused by the beneficiary.
