Its use is subject to the conditions established by each company on its own platform. The establishment or partner may require the presentation of the train ticket’s reservation code and a valid ID for purchase. The benefit must be used within the validity period indicated by the partner or on the program’s landing page. Once the date has expired, the benefit cannot be claimed. The benefit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise indicated in the partner’s official communication. PeruRail and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the benefit without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or for operational reasons. A 10% service charge will be applied to the initial rate during the reservation process. Peruvian residents will be subject to paying the 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) upon check-in at the hotel, in accordance with Peruvian law.
