This does not apply to purchases made through travel agencies or other unauthorised channels. The discount provided by the partner is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to the conditions established by each company on its own platform. The establishment or partner may request the presentation of the train ticket reservation code and a valid identity document for the purchase. The benefit must be used within the validity period indicated by the partner or on the programme’s landing page. Once the date has expired, the benefit cannot be claimed. The benefit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise indicated in the partner’s official communication. PeruRail and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the benefit without prior notice in the event of force majeure or for operational reasons. A full non-refundable prepayment, including taxes, is required at the time of booking. No refunds, changes or cancellations are permitted.
